We see our center as a Mind/Body Gym. While there has always been tremendous focus on “working out” to keep our bodies healthy, we believe a vital missing component to total health and wellness is providing the body and mind time to relax and recover.

So, just like a gym, we provide memberships to our facility. This is the easiest way (and to a certain extent, safest) to access services because it requires very little interaction with staff. Simply book online or call to reserve a session and, when you arrive, you can simply head into your float suite or the salt room or be assisted with your cryotherapy or NeurOptimal Neurofeedback sessions. No hassle with paying for services. It’s all in the HelmBot system and happens seamlessly.
