I welcome anyone who has the goal of simply wanting to feel better than they do right now. Not feeling our emotional best is exhausting, and can lead to physical health decline, so it is worth the effort to try to feel better.
My treatment approach is considered “Eclectic,” meaning she utilizes a variety of approaches to meet the needs of her clients, some of which are:
- Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
- Family Systems
- Wellness Coaching
- Motivational Interviewing
- Psychodynamic
- Relational
- Existential
- Strengths-Based
- Solution Focused Brief (SFBT)
